-3/4 cangkir air,2 sendok makan kecap asin,gula sedikit ,tepung masina.minyak wijen dan tepung merica.

English:

1.Mix egg white, fresh milk and chicken broth with seasoning (A). |

2.Rinse and trim seafood, mix with seasoning(B). |
3. |
3.Pour egg white mixture into a deep dish,cover and steam over simmering water until set(approx. 10 depending on the depth of the egg white custard.) |

4.In the meantime, heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, sauté garlic and spring onion, add seafood amd toss until cooked. Add sauce, bring to a boil until it thickens. |

5.Pour over steamed egg white custard and serve. |
