作法:
English:

Clean, rinse and wipe dry chicken |

Bring water to the boil, add salt and wine, then add chicken and simmer until cooked (approx 25 minutes) |

Remove chicken and cool for 5 min. Chop into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a plate. |

Heat 3 tablespoons oil, sauté shredded ginger and spring onion for a few seconds, add sauce to cook. |

Pour sauce over chopped chicken and serve with ginger sauce dip. |
